A farewell session as I take some time off for the Summer.
A gentle movement, tuning in and connecting with nature. The yoga will be slow, lightly energising and perfect for beginners or regular yogi’s.
Cacao Carrier Sarah will share ceremonial cacao to create group coherence and co regulation. If the weather allows, we will light a fire and enjoy the sunset as we relax.
