This ceremony is a gently held, trauma-informed space where you are invited to reconnect with meaning, purpose, and the cycles of nature through sacred herbs, ritual, and Yoga Nidra.

This intimate ceremony includes:

• Drinking organic, Reiki-infused Mugwort

• Guidance card ritual

• Yoga Nidra & Dreaming Meditation

• Reiki and intuitive energy healing

• Ritual fire for release & intention

• Final meditation & closing circle
