Everyone belongs in the Red Tent

This Red Tent is a space for women, femmes and non-binary people who feel called to gather in community.

We welcome disabled and chronically ill bodies, neurodivergent minds, trans and queer people, and bodies of every age, shape, size, colour and ability.

You do not need to menstruate, identify as a woman, be spiritual, or have any previous experience of women’s circles to belong here.

We recognise that bodies and identities are diverse, and that there is no single way to experience womanhood, femininity, embodiment or community.

This is a space to come exactly as you are — whether you want to share, listen, move, rest, cry, laugh, sit quietly or simply be held by the presence of others.

No fixing. No performing. No fitting yourself into a box.

Just space to be human, to be witnessed and to belong.

Sarah King

I’m Sarah, a trauma-informed somatic coach, breathwork and yoga teacher, and women’s circle facilitator.

My work is rooted in the belief that our bodies hold incredible wisdom — and that we need spaces where we can slow down enough to actually hear it.

I create grounded, inclusive spaces for women, femmes and non-binary people to reconnect with their bodies, nervous systems, intuition and one another.

My approach weaves together somatic practice, breath, movement, nature, ancient wisdom and modern nervous-system understanding — without pressure to perform, fix or become someone else.

I believe community can be medicine, and that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is come together, put down the armour and remember that we don't have to do it all alone.

Kelly James

I’m Kelly, I am a qualified Counsellor and Reiki Therapist. Through various experiences, I have learned that it is possible to have hope and our health can improve if you have the right support and tools to help you.  I have confidence there are many ways of healing and it’s important to find what suits you.

I’m here to help you to feel better within, gain clarity and understand yourself, so that you can stop feeling stuck. I believe we have the power within us to make changes so we can live the life we desire.  It is possible!  We can work together in a way that suits where you are at this moment. I am here to support you!

I specialise in creating a neuroaffirming, safe space tailored to the unique mental health and sensory needs of teenagers.
