Cacao circles are like a ceremony or sacred ritual using nature to open your heart & slow your mind.This is a divine communion between the plant medicine cacao and your highest self. In ceremony, as well as drinking a bigger dose of cacao we also connect with:
Meditation
Embodied movement/ Yoga
Reiki/Shamanic Healing
Journaling
Breathwork
Talking circle
The ceremony lasts between 60-90 minutes, offering you a chance to deeply connect with your inner world, make space for wisdom & guidance from the spirit of cacao & welcome any messages from the divine.
We host these circles at our healing spaces in Kent or we can host at a location/venue that you love or your home
Open to all that are curious about doing inner work in a supported by nature.

Private Cacao Ceremony
As a cacao carrier, I am pleased to witness the happiness, peace and healing that happens in 1:1 treatments or group circles when cacao is present.
I would love to share a bit of the wisdom I was taught when I trained in cacao facilitation.
