In April, the most incredible blooming of the blossom trees occurs all the way from Westgate to Westbrook on the Kent Coast.
I love to celebrate this brief moment by taking small groups hiking, stopping to smell the flowers of course, and enjoy nature that really supports mental wellbeing.
This year I'll be adding in a cacao ceremony and meditation on the beach followed by the option to sauna at Sea Scrub Sauna, Margate.
Details; Meet in Westgate On Sea, by The Carlton Cinema and journey down the blossom lined avenue towards Margate.
We will be pausing to practice mindfulness and meditation and lot’s of chances for beautiful photos.
Weather dependant - the cacao ceremony will take place on Westbrook Bay (there is an alternative indoor location if the weather is poor).
£10 extra to add 60 minute session at Sea Scrub Sauna, Margate’s barrel sauna at 6 pm.
