The pain of trauma can leave you dissociated from your body with fears of what may be hidden deeply within, for other reasons which may not be clear, you may not be sensitive to your own inner processes which can make it difficult to break free from the pain of old wounds.

A trauma-based approach to yoga makes the practice safer and more accessible, addressing the unique needs of trauma survivors.

In the sessions we will explore movement & yoga that focuses on soothing & healing your nervous system, breathwork that releases stored stress & trauma and meditation that works on subconscious programming to release fear.

Certified to teach yoga from a trauma informed perspective Sarah’s priority is facilitating a safe practice that allows you to begin to heal and build resilience.

No previous Yoga experience is needed
